It was a tough night for the Word of Life Huskies as they hosted Vermont Tech Knights on the first day of playing back-to-back days this week. It was a good first half, and the Knights started to pull ahead midway through the first half as they took a 45-28 lead into half-time. The Huskies got some good production from Luke Augusta, who scored 15 points and secured 4 rebounds. The Huskies also had some good bench scoring as Jimmy Nguyen and Micah Stamm both scored 9 points each. The Knights would go on to win 90-64.
The Huskies' next game is Thursday, February 2, against the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at 5 pm at the Huskies Health and Athletic Center.
