Huskies Men's Soccer Season Recap
The Word of Life Huskies Men's Soccer season came to an end on Saturday, November 1st, with a 2-0 defeat against eventual YSCC and USCAA National Champion Central Maine Community College. The Huskies finished the season with a 5-5-5 record after having started 0-3-4. The Huskies were able to rally back to win 5 of their final 8 games of the season, which included a YSCC Playoff victory over Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
The Huskies were led by USCAA 1st Team All-American and YSCC Goalkeeper of the Year Raphael Cournoyer. The Senior kept 5 clean sheets, made 86 saves, and had a .761% save percentage this season. George Rohrbaugh led the team with 5 goals and was a YSCC All-Conference Team Selection.
The Huskies were also honored to have 8 players on the USCAA All-Academic Team
