Pottersville, NY - - On Wednesday evening, the Huskies welcomed Vermont State (Randolph Center) to the Huskies Health & Athletic Center for a future YSCC game. Both teams played each other back in the early portion of the season. The Knights defeated the Huskies in November with a score of 60-52.
The Women's game started with the Huskies gaining a big lead of 15 points during the 2nd Quarter. The Huskies would take a 28-15 lead into halftime. Dakotah Cutting led the way with 14 points and 13 rebounds while Kayli Hayden also dropped 14 points on the night. The VSU Knights would mount a quick comeback in the 3rd Quarter and earn a comeback win of 57-49 over Word of Life.
The Word of Life Bible Institute Huskies are back in action Thursday night starting with the Women's game at 5 pm and the Men's game 20 minutes afterwards.
