Pottersville, NY – The Word of Life Huskies welcomed the North Country Community College Saints into town on a wet Wednesday evening. It turned into a physical match from the get-go and a lot of back-and-forth play. The Saints would strike right before halftime as a goal was scored in the 45th minute (16 seconds left). The Saints would score again in the 80th minute to seal a 2-0 win over Word of Life.
The next Huskies soccer game is Saturday, September 16 at 1 p.m. at SUNY ESF on Tully Field.
